Intentional walk
catcher's interference(i.e. the bat makes contact with the catcher's glove during a swing)
walk
error
dropped third strike
fielders choice (where an out is made but not to the base that the hitter is running to, i.e. they made an out at third on a bunt attempt instead of at first.)
hit by pitch
No, a batter does not get on base during a sacrifice of any sort (bunt or fly). That is why they call it a sacrifice. They are sacrificing themselves to move a runner. Therefor they are out, it would be a fielder's choice, in a bunt situation, if the out is made to another base other than first.

Drawing a walk, catcher's interefrence, hit by pitch, fielding error, throwing error, intentional walk, fielder's choice, past ball or wild pitch on the strike 3 and you beat the throw to first as long as 1st base is unoccupied.

Scott A has them all and explanation is excellent, but he didn't discuss that the batter is not safe on a balk that seems to be showing up on some answers. In fact a balk doesn't affect the batter at all. If a pitch is made and a balk called it is considered a no pitch.
