I suggest you start with planning out what you think the answers you should discuss are. Then find evidence to back up your thinking. Then write the middle bit (at the same time as writing your reference add them to the bibliography then you wont miss any out). Then write your conclusion and lastely write your introduction as you will then know what the essay is trying to say.
If you are really stuck ask the tutor who is going to mark it what they like, as I find that you have to write in a different style to please every tutor so make sure you know what they like and write like that or else your marks will be lower.

you need to read everything you can find on the subject. If you can understand it then it will be much easier for you to write about it.
Knowledge and Understanding are one of the most important parts of essay writing.
We were given 12 weeks at Uni to write an essay, 6 weeks to read up and 6 weeks to write the thing.

You are way out of your depth, you should not be taking a psychology class if you don't even know how plan out an essay, that's the trouble with asking other people to do your homework for you, you don't actually learn anything. My suggestion is do your own homework or you will end up completely wasting every ones time including your own, if you cant be bothered to learn why bother going to the classes? stop relying on others for your own sake.

Respected Asker! The following information will be helpful to you in finding what you are looking for.
An essay is a short work of writing that treats a topic from an author's personal point of view. Essays are non-fictional but often subjective; while expository, they can also include narrative. Essays can be learned arguments, literary criticism, political manifestos, observations of daily life, recollections and reflections of the author.
The definition of an essay is vague, overlapping with those of an article and a short story. Almost all modern essays are written in prose, but works in verse have been dubbed essays (Alexander Pope's An Essay on Criticism and An Essay on Man). While today an essay is partly defined by its brevity, voluminous works like John Locke's An Essay Concerning Human Understanding and Thomas Malthus's An Essay on the Principle of Population refer to themselves using the term.
