It is a little upsetting. Carrie and Austin just came back recently so for them to leave again, it makes me mad. Jack too, because he is such a great guy. I can deal with people leaving and them replacing the actor with someone different like they did with Shawn, but I don't like it when they write the characters off of the show.

On DOOL I am upset on seeing some of them leave. Mimi, Frankie, Patrick, Jen, Philip because I really like these characters and their story lines. Jack, Carrie, and Austin have been gone long enough that I got used to them no being their, not only that but I was sick of their repeating story lines anyway. As for Shawn he has just been recasted, and he choose to leave after his contract was up. They did let go of a lot of key characters but they are bringing back one of the best ones, that always has great story lines too... Stefano DiMera!
Passions the only one I even somewhat miss is Alistar, I hated his character but he kept things interesting on the show. All the other characters I could really care less about (especially Siren, couldn't stand her) now they just need to get rid pf Spike and Gwen...

I don't watch Days but on Passions I hate Alistar and Beth, I didn't care for Chris and Siren. But Martin, he should stick around for while.

Not really, there's enough people left on Days to have good storyline, and the people on Passions(EXCEPT FOR GWEN) aren't really important Characters to the show anyway.

This is news to me!! Sad to say, but I think they may lost a faithful viewer if all of this is true. Just when I thought the "Salem Stalker" plot line was the worse...especially when it turned out to be Marlena.
