I have in the last three years ...have had about four horrible periods...i think I may have been preg...i had very bad cramps..to the point of almost wanting to lay out in the back yard...There were lots of blood...more than normal...and thene i saw small clumps ..some i check(sorry if graphic)and they seem to be jelly like tissue...ans alot of clotting...thick...and stringy when using the bathroom...like it never wanted to end.No dripping just a long line from that was kinds slimy like...i am more than sorry to explain in such detail...but if you have experienced this before...then you understand...My question is...could those have been miscarriages or just really bad periods....I did not think about it until reading some things on here....

They could have been miscarriages. I've had several. Other things to look for when you're miscarrying are low grade fevers and nausea. Many women miscarry before they even know they're pregnant. That might be what happened to you.

I'm very sorry.

You should go to the doctor.

Sounds like you had a miscarriage. Bleeding heavily soaking like 5 pads in an hour and cramps so bad it brings you to your knees are some signs of a miscarriage.

I have had 2 miscarriages before and 4 and a half weeks pregnant now so I hope this one is successful..

Good Luck!!!

I had one earlier this year. it was definitely like a really heavy period. not fun at all. But before that happened, I got a really awful pain in my lower pelvic area - hard to explain exactly where, but it felt like something was pushing in my insides - very uncomfortable.

But over the years, i have had periods with tissue that comes out. it's just your body shedding the uterus. I would tell you to talk to your Dr. when this happens. they can probably do a blood to test to see if you're pregnant and it's a miscarriage or just a heavy period.

Sounds like they could of been miscarrages but it is hard to tell, I had the same thing happen to me and I still don't know to this day. But I'm 6 weeks pregnant right now, and praying not to miscarry♥

sounds like early miscarriages to me. I have had two, and when you have miscarriages they have blood clots, and well like you explained. Periods just have blood, not tissue. I would think that you have had miscarriages.
