Depends on the state and how good your lawyer is.

NO. Whenever you win the lottery, it goes to you. Say if you are still getting annutity payments and hypothetically speaking you die or get divorced, no one can inherit the rest of the annutity money or take a piece of that because it is in your name; so the lotto commision will keep that money. That is why it is best to get a lump sum in most cases. But if you get divorced and you make more money than her than she can get alimony. But in a separation, you can't really be entitled to anything without a divorce decree.

Statistically, on a clear sunny day, you have a better chance of getting hit by a bolt of lightning than winning the lottery...

Roughly 50% of Americans feel lottery tickets are a better investment than a 401(K) or retirement plan. I see a LOT of people eating cat food in the future.

I think I am not sure that she is only entiltled to items aquired during the time you were together. Since you have been seperated 5 years your money is not joint and she should not be entiltled to anything that you have bought or received ffrom the date of the seperation.
Was it a legal seperation?

I don't know if she is entitled or not, but if she gets wind that you won the lotto, you better believe she will have her hand out as "your legal wife".

I would think so. Why would you want not to get a divorce? It's like the old saying "Poop or get off the pot". Free each other from the misery and get divorced so you can find someone worthy of your time and attention.

You didn't mention anything about children. If you do have children and they're not 18, being divorced will not matter. She'll burn you for child support. And believe me,
she could have a case for half!
