If I was staying in the house and not going anywhere, it wouldn't freak me out! But I'm flying from Italy to the States, so I'm totally freaked out, and I have actually been stressing over it! If I could change the flight, I would, but though I'm flying on a commercial airline, it's leased by the Military and it's free flight! And I also have a flight that I'll be taking once I'm in the States that I did have to pay for, and it's none refundable! When I made the reservations, I didn't realize that it would require me to fly out of here on Friday the 13th!!!!

not at all, I don't believe in that nonsense.
Didn't you hear of the explanation of pplz fear of that day?! It turns out to be a historical myth. Something 'bout some king burning the Knights Templar on Friday the 13th as heretics.
Seriously, the mind sees what it chooses to see, same applies to 'believes'..
Go hang out and have all the fun, nothing to worry 'bout.

I have to have an M.R.I. done on that day and I have to admit that I'm a little freaked out. I don't like the day but I won't change plans because of it. I just deal with it.

It's my youngest daughters 18th birthday and that will make all of my kids adults which I no longer have to legally support, so I would say it will be a "Lucky" day for me!!!
