on painting it has un moulin de picadie. the picture is of a windmill,bridge,ducks in pond and a house barely seen as there are trees in front of it

you are not going to be able to figure this out for sure by yourself. what you need is someone who is experienced and knows what they are looking for-- as far as authentic paintings are concerned. take it to your local dealer and see what they think, then go from there. you will save yourself a lot of questioning and work.
