The truth. The road to recovery is paved with harsh realities so don't start lying ontop of drinking or things will get worse. Also decide if YOU want to get back on the wagon. if YOU don't then don't make false promises to you man.

Tell him the truth. He will want to know why you fell off and the reasons. There's no making excuses, you need to be 100% honest and own up to your mistakes and accept the responsibility of what may happen as a result

Well, first put down the bottle and call AA. Get into thier program if you are not already there. Seek out help and support from others.
As for the BF, don't hide it from him. Be a man and tell him what happened. Be honest and continue to ask for his love and support.

you need to get to the doc and get some ANTABUSE for your own good. trust me on this one

well unless you want to be a drunk then get off the alchol pretty quick cos you get liver cirrossis and that cant be cured by anything other than freedom from alchol
