Just a quick check that all of the intake hoses are in place and not kinked or leaking could sort it out. If not get the magazine Porsche & 911 they have a load of good porsche service centers from all over the UK and Europe advertised in there.

What country are you in? have youn tried a Porsche main agent. Also are you sure the lag isn't normal. A lot of high powered turbocharged cars suffer from lag. This is perfectly normal.
