Use a small dent Popper or dry ice. The dry ice will shrink the metal and the dent will pop out.

as with the above ,,look up a paint free repair ...we used to call them dingers and they have all manner of long handle dollies .to get in existing holes ,,even up to two feet from the dent ,other than that , they can drill a small hole and push the worst out , and plug it after,,
if they cant do it ,take their word ,, it cant be done ,
next option ,,filled with plastic padding (filler)or lead (more expesive)and local painted ,,blended in, rather than paint the whole bonnet, provide the colour is able to be matched
ask most local car dealers .they use them all the time ,, and dont
like spending a lot of money

If the dent has a sharpe crease it may not come out and you will have to have it professionally filled in and the paintwork touched up. Best to take it to a car bodyshop repairer and get their advice.

you should be able to suck a small dent out. they have a suction cup just for that, as long as there is no crease in the dent it should suck right out.
