i always try to do the helicopter but people are not amused by that can yall teach me news moves

You can try to find a site with instructional videos or buy instructional videos. But the best thing would be to find a dance class. You haven't specified what dance style interests you, but hip-hop, jazz-modern, salsa, swing and ballroom&latin are all very good reccomendations. Group classes are relatively cheap, and for better instruction you can book private lessons. You will learn how to move your body and how to make even the "helicopter" look good.

isn't it a little hard to teach someone to dance on a message board via the Internet? i would suggest going to a professional dancer, or deal with the fact that you must suck at dancing. i suck too, if that makes you feel any better! haha!
