you will surprised as to the number of Americans that follow EPL or La Liga. Unfortunately we have the American football fans that down play the real football and become very vocal to where the media eats it up (their hatered of soccer that is).
As far as the teams I follow, reading and man utd.

I 'm not 100% American, even though I have been here for 25 years, I consider myself Franco-American. But yes, I like Chelsea, Arsenal (Titi Henry) and the Blackburn Rovers.
Right now on TV, I'm watching live, the U21 England vs Germany.

I'm American and I follow English football. My favorite team that I support is Liverpool, but I also 'pay attention' to a lot other teams, just to keep myself updated with what is going on. Aside from Liverpool, I also like Chelsea and Fulham (Bocanegra & McBride!).

They follow all of them, but certainly Man U., Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool are the most watched. Due to the Americans on the squads, Fulham, Reading, and Blackburn are also closely watched. It is amazing how many U.S. keepers are active in the EPL.

As an American soccer fan, I follow all the teams with American players on them. However, just for the club itself, I follow Newcastle and Rangers.

I have lived in the U.S. all my life and I try and follow all English Football teams as much as I can. My favorite team is Liverpool though.
