sitting in it? i have a Bebe Pod, she sits in it very well, but after a while she gets bored. i give her toys to hold, but she doesn't hold them for long and i was wondering... is there some kind of baby gym-like toy or anything else that has the right height to put it infront of her to play? perhaps a mini table with toys, maybe with buttons that she can press and light up or play music... i'm just brainstorming to see if i can find something fun to entertain her while she practices sitting up. i'd appreciate any helpful ideas!

Awwww, she is so precious. It's actually a good idea to let babies try to amuse themselves sometimes. If you are always finding something for them to do, they will not learn to entertain themselves. I am not talking for hours at a time, but when she gets bored with that toy you are speaking of, put her in her playpen and let her scoot around in there and find something to do. While it's hard, try not to pick her up every time she cries. As her mother, you can usually tell when something is wrong with her. If the cry is one of boredom, just draw her attention to her toys and try not to pick her up. Naaa, disregard what I said. She is too cute. Just hold her whenever she wants.

Bumbo seat... we enjoyed it! regularly offered it for the coastline, and it develop into stunning. We appeared at the two (bebe pod/bumbo) earlier paying for, and others are proper, the midsection piece of the bebe popped off too truly for our liking. Bumbo has their own tray you may now purchase, too, if it somewhat is a few thing you need. i do no longer think of there's a weight shrink with Bumbo yet while your infant starts off to push/pull herself out of it, then provide up utilising it. We started utilising ours at approximately 3 months, and stopped approximately 6.. while our daughter develop into waiting to take a seat unsupported and did no longer like the chair anymore.

I was given this little arch thing that stands on its own. When she smacks the animals hanging down, they play music. I think it's supposed to be for kicking and crawling through, but it's just the right height to put in front of the bumbo.
We're also going to get a small fishtank/bowl. She loves watching fish at pet stores, aquuarium, etc. We'll sit the bumbo in front of it. It doesn't need to be at eye level.

I had the same problem. My child plays with their hands, so I got some mittens with little bells on them from Target...
