I'd return them and try the other size on. It can't hurt to do that. Remember, jeans are going to shrink with the wash - so it isn't going to get better.

You should probably go one size up. It has been mentioned that your circulation is in question, and the threat of urinary tract infections. You must also consider that wearing jeans that are too tight over a pro-longed period of time can cause a skin condition where you get boils called polinidol cycts. Sounds gross, but true.
Also, if the jeans are low cut, consider the fact that too small low cut jeans make you look like you have love handles even if you don't.

Return them. Wearing jeans that are too tight can cause a urinary tract infection.
My daughter had one that reached her kidneys. Yes, she's alive, but there was a point that was very scary.
Always, when trying on pants at the store, lift your legs, squat down, sit and cross your legs. If you can't do it without difficulty, find another pair.
Another thing, many young ladies have the misconception if they can squeeze their butts in a size too small, they will look that size. In reality, it simply looks as if their big butt is SCREAMING to get out. Wearing the size that is right works best on ALL levels.

You should get the next size up, but remember jeans do give and stretch after you wear them a couple of times.

Go to a size in which you can actually move. I've read that jeans that are way to tight can pinch a specific nerve by your waist that can cause seriuos pain and possible damage. I'm not saying to go and get loose baggy jeans. Just get jeans that fit well and one's that are not tooo tight. Usually when you wash jeans they get tighter not looser.

Well first bend around in them for a long time and if by the next day they aren't loose then you should go buy a pair up. If you don't want to return them, then just wear them for special occasions:)

Get a size up... There's a liklihood that they could shrink in the wash as is, and become tighter still. A size or maybe two up would be your best bet.
