I am my own boss because I decided I couldn't work with people with no imagination. Its not what you get paid to do, its what you get paid not to do is the key. That concept is hard for sheeple to accept and I understand most of you were raised to go to school, work hard for a company and retire. Thats just like a dogs life, you come when called and show up when they tell you too, but you still have your tail wagging like its all fun and you are happy.

Yes. Babysitting for 4 children while I cook for them, help with homework, carpool, then while I'm at the house I'm washing clothes, folding and putting away. I've worked there for 3 years starting at 10.00/hr. Never got any raises, but got insurance. I appreciate that, but everyone else in the company got it too. I think I should get $12.00/hr.

Well considering that I am on here about 2 hours a day while I should be working I'd say I probably don't deserve a raise! I'd like one tho!

I;m a full time mom, and deserve a raise, (just kidding). I love my job, I have 5 kids and I give, well, try to give them what they need. So if my husband gives me an allowance well then I will buy my kids what they need.

I need to know what u do for a living and what u make. Hon, jobs are very hard to get now. Somtimes we have to just bite our tongues and be grateful we have what we do. If your not happy take your off time and find out what u really want.

I work part time as a lab assistant while I'm in college. I make a little over $11.00, with no work experience, and the work is very easy. Sometimes my boss lets me study. So I think it is a very good wage.

They don't pay much where I live but I got a small raise this month. My boss is trying to get me bigger raise but it has to go trough commissioners court... this would be the 4th time he asks for a raise for me. I work for the county.

i own a wrecker business and a computer business.
