Ok I'm confused. Why are {Some} girls taking birth control pills if they aren't even having sex? Are they trying to prove something or am I retarded? (Hopefully it isn't choice two but I am confused.)

There are a lot of reasons as to why girls take birth control even if they aren't having sex. They need to take it to help make them like clock work or to help with the cramps it gets really detailed.

I was about 12 or 13 when the doctor put me on the pill to regulate my period. I would bleed extremely heavily for 45 days, it would stop for 2 weeks, then I'd bleed for another 3 weeks. I didn't even start having sex until I was 19. No one ever knew I was taking them but maybe some girls share these things with friends?

Some girls have irregular periods and the pill regulates them. I was on the pill for that reason alone for a few years until I used it as a means for birth control.

some girls have to take birth control pills to get their periods straighten out some just think its cool and some do it because some certain type clear up your skin and no your not stupid just different people are different ways.

SOMETIMES THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBES BIRTH CONTROL PILLS TO GIRLS WHO HAVE HARD CRAMPS. THEN SOME GIRLS START TAKING THE PILL EARLY SO THAT THEY CAN BE ALREADY PREPARED WHEN THEY DO HAVE SEX.
