on saturday i had a slith sore throat okay and it got worse on sunday and then when i sleep on sunday the sore throat went away and now i have a cough from my cold so i haven't smoke for about 4 day i'm a daily smoker i was seeing if there is a mellow cigaretter that easy on my cough and i got a phone call from one my friend becuae he was at my friend house and both of them wanted a cigarette so he told me if i can get 5 dollars and i said i have change and i asked him if there was an mellow cigarettes that will be easy on my cough he said menthol work alot when your sick is that true i called him back and i had $4 dollar and 75 cents in cahnge so we went to the gas station and got a pack of camel wides menthols so when we got to my friend house i satyed there to hang out for a little bit when i smoke the camel wide menthol when i took to puff from the cigarette i feelt like a sore throat is coming back is that normal when you are sick or not can you please give me alot of answers

Tobacco smoke is the most addictive substance there is, probably. It is also almost a certainty that it will kill you in the end, like it is killing me. I have emphysema from smoke and quit using tobacco so I could live a little longer, maybe, but when I started smoking everyone did it. I didn't know any better. If I only knew then what I know now, I never would have started. Do youself and everyone a favor and quit now, when you can. Good luck!

I have the same reaction when i smoke menthols also but it is just how they are you'll be fine
