There are many sites on the web that offer tutoring, or try contacting your teacher- go to class early, or do you have a parent or neighbor that could help you? If you ask your teacher for help- don't complain that it is too hard etc... if you are genuinely trying to understand the assignment, they should be wiling to help you.

go to websites like aol study buddy,or cliffnotes.com.or ask a person for helpu can also go to websites for homework help.If ur having alot of trouble stay after school for extra help.Or u can get a tutor.yahoo,Google,and msn r great websites for help.but asking questions or asking for help is the best way for help.i mean who wouldn't want to help!!oh and ask nicely!!And say PLEASE!!!OK!!

Or, try seeing if you faced similar problems in previous homeworks, and try to remember how you did them before.
Or- put up a question here. Cheap but effective.
