I go through the same thing.. the best thing you can do is by a scrub for your face.. while you're in the shower, put warm water on your face, so your pours can open up... You can use apricot scrub from saint ives, or a scrub from clearisil (that's what I use). Also, after you rinse w/ warm water, you can push down on your nose, and squeeze them out. don't use your nails, and they will come out... it's ok to do that about every week. I wash my face everyday, and every week squeeze them out, then rinse my face w/ cold water to close up my pores again...

Try Neutrogena Pure Glow. They may not include Blackheads in their advertising, but the cushions work. I had trouble with blackheads for 32 years and after using Pure Glow twice daily for 1 month they are healing. I promise.

Talk to your family doctor who will probably recommend you to a dermatologist not Yahoo chat forum members. The people who answered above me don’t sound like they’re doctors or nurses. Although taking a bath and washing your face every morning is very important as brushing your teeth. If you have a bunch of acne all over your face since you were a kid and it's serious like "Acne vulgaris", the doctor or dermatologist will probably prescribe you accutane drug or a prescribed Benzoyl peroxide cream or laser treatment for your face if it’s serious.

This sounds weird but it works. wash your face and dry very good. Get some elmers glue and spread it on where there's most of the blackheads. Dont put it on too thin. wait until it completely dries, no stickiness to it at all, and peel off. you will see all that junk on your face come off. reapply again if you need to!

Try the Revlon Blackhead Remover. It can be found at your local drugstore. It's a little metal thing that helps get them out.
