You need a Yahoo Plus mail account(costs money). You cannot use Outlook Express with a free Yahoo account.

It definitely won't work with free yahoo mail. I tried setting mine up and I get error messages. There are many people who have had problems with Outlook Express. XP Service Pack 2 causes problems with Outlook Express or vice versa, and that is from where the error messages are generated. Anyway, I just don't use Outlook Express. I'm not going to let Yahoo or anyone force me to pay for a service I don't need just to make a program work. I don't even think they can legally do that.
