How did an Iranian-American (Muslim) space tourist prayed in International Space station (ISS)? (On earth all Muslims face towards west and then they pray but, ISS always keeps on rotating).

Muslims face Mecca when they pray. It's the same in space except for the fact that you move so fast you have to adjust the direction you're facing now and then. An astronaut just needs to know where above the Earth she is and have a good picture of the planet in her mind to know which way to face.

A Muslim , whether Iranian or American would be praying facing Mecca from the place he is worshipping . That is he should always worship facing the directio where mecca is located . Sine they boty are oiin the space sttion and spinning in space , they must face towards th eearth , that is looking down on earth , they will pray.
You know why they do all that the prophet commands them to do ? it is always to heaven as in th ecase of any other religion . But the heaven offered by Islam is different . Othere heavens onlyguarantee you the preence of God and your living in the presence of God for ever . But islam ofers not only th epresence of God . But a present from the God , of dozens of young damsels of equal age with SWELLING BREASTS to enjoy for ever in th epresence of God .(vide chapter 78 "Al-Naba" of quaron) What a wonderfiul reward !
Could any other religion offer a more tempting reward .than this ? You get this reward for slaying the non-believers or converting them to Islam..
what would do a faithfull muslim who has a firm belief in the commands of prophet Mohammed?
Can you now understnd the reason for the Muslims engaged in destrucion and killing of innocent people all over the world ? Young boys are willing to turn to human bombs here , because they firmly believe that they can spend their lives with dozens of young Girls of equal age with "Swelling Breasts" ,( the wonderful tempting description of the great Prophet himself in the divine revelation) without having to provide any thing for them as the God would provide all that is necessary for eternity , while in th eis mundane wordl they have to work hard to earn money even to provide for a single wife who would be aging with the passage of time ..If the God's offer is certain and true , is it not sufficient and preferable fo th eMuslims to go to hell by fulfilling the commands of the prophet ?

Islam says, if you can not determine the direction then just assume any direction you feel as the right one and pray. If you are sick, then you can just lie on the bed and can pray by imagination also.
Just don't think that you are a special creature and gifted to have born in your special religion. Then i have to talk about your cow urine pooja, blah blah. Stop making fun of Muslims.

Anybody who is smart enough to make a fortune in telecommunications and then to pay for her trip to the
ISS should not be so stupid to believe in god,gods,
goddess or any other mental game proposed by the
mass of ignorants to explain their own misserable
existence.
Therefor the Iranian may have a muslim heritage but
she is no stupid to jump into the car of those who
does not know anything and try to explan everything
using those riduculous "sacred" books created by
