2.) Eat six portions of fruit and vegetables each day.
Nothing sweeter than fruit. As in no candy, no chocolate.
At 13 you are still a child. But you do need lots of exercise
130 lbs is fine if you are between 52 and 58 inches tall

1. AngelFire is a little limited but I'd say quite easy to use. Get yourself some kind of free site design program- look for downloadable freeware.

2. Exercise! I say this a lot, but sports and gym stuff are a) fun b) healthy (you'll be far healthier if you exercise than if you just lose weight) and c) are a real boost to your confidence, which might be necessary if you feel down about your weight. You should see your doctor about any diet or exercise plan, though, beforehand.

2. Eat better. Try and eat less sugar. Run everyday at least 1 mile. Then so some squats and lunges for your legs. Then do some situps and pushups for the upper half of your body. In 1 month you we be built different.

for number 2. For one its not that bad I weighed 140 pounds at 13 and I looked pretty darn good. But if you want to then try doing active things that are fun I heard dancing is a great way to get active and also eat right , but dancing is the number one fun way to loose weight

1: There are many suggestions already on websites.

2: Excersize and eat a healthy diet.

No soda, chips, candy, french fries, fast food, pizza, etc.
Ask you doctor for advice.
Sign up for an after school sport.
Change friends if they are not supportive of your desires.

2. Drink a lot of water i mean a lot.
Go running as much as you can.
Cut out the junk food.
Pack a lunch for school.
Don't let anyone's bad eating habits influence you to eat unhealthy.

Do you mean you want to create your own website?
Swap the chocs and crisps for fruit and veg. Take a sandwich to school rather than a school dinner.

i dont know #1, but for #2, just exercise a lot. run on the treadmill, go ride a bike, play ball sport, lift weights. thats what i do.
