To scrolling down like waves. I cannot find in settings where to change it. Any ideas?

i think i know what you mean, and the reason is simple... your system is too slow... namely your graphic subsystem, i.e. your graphics card.
what is odd is that it happend suddenly... did you change anything?

what do you mean "like waves"?
anyway, any scrolling issue, is a mouse issue...the scrolling wheel to be precise...so to change that, go to "control panel"..."mouse"...select the "wheel" tab...you can make sure that "the following number of lines at a time" is selected...and use "3" (or any number)...click "apply" and "ok" and that should do it

Don't worry too much. The real problem is when it scrolls sideways.

just on your scroll lock from the keyboard.
