Cause that's the place where you are least likely to be reported, as friend said in one of her answers. Also the cool and the fun Q's are generally here, so you can sometimes let you hair down.

Because it's safer than venturing out into the unknown. People are nicer here and if they aren't then that's okay too because you don't expect them to give you really serious answers. This is where the more interesting (and stupid) questions are and it is just more fun overall.

Ive changed my mind about P&S. When I saw that PRAISE TAMMY TAMARA ***** had most of you sheeple as freinds I flipped out. Now I am trying to educate you people and I am reporting anything that I see that violates the community guidelines as set forth by Yahoo.

Because cool people are usually not that bright and they don't have a clue how to ask important issue questions so they ask ones like..
Which is better..blue or yellow?
aaah I have a pet..is it a dog or a cat?
If I pick my nose, will it bleed..yes or no?
Its a turn off..
