I really do not think that they would bury the survivors, regardless which countries were bordered.
In any case, burials of those who did not survive are dealt with by the next of kin where they can be traced, and by the authorities that recover the bodies of the non-survivors.

Why would the survivors be buried? How would you like it if you survived a plane crash and then people tried to bury you?
