Oh absolutely man. I like to use a garlic-sauce-based marinade myself (make sure you marinade the meat for at least 12 hours) and then open-roast the little bugger. The savory smell will bring the neighbors running' from miles away.
Also, you may want to try these other interesting concepts;

Cajun Ewok

Ewok in Duck Sauce

Ewok Soup with capers and roast red peppers
Flaming Ewok
Ewok Fondu (great with Jawa Juice)
Ewok and Bantha meat sandwhich. (great with lettuce and tomato)
And, don't forget that Ewok is great as leftovers! Make a Cold Ewok sandwhich and wash it down with a glass of milk. GOOD STUFF!

The meat is a little tough, so you have to be make sure that you properly tenderized and seasoned. Enjoy .. carrots and a few potatoes and corn on the cob go quite well with them :)
Oh ... be careful though ... 'cause I hear their pretty good cooks themselves :)

Just pick the fur out from between your teeth! I don't think they have much meat, though-mostly gristle, so using a slow-cooker is best!
