I wouldn't have to. If there isn't any water available (rain, etc) then I can be pretty sure that I would not have access to my medication and would be dead in 3 days, so why bother?

I don't know about guzzle... but if I just had to drink it, for my survival of course I would....

No, I would not guzzle it. I would drink it with a splash of 7up as a spritzer.
