It shouldn't cost anything but it will take away from your monthly messages. unless you have unlimited text then it really wont matter

0! if the guy has BSNL / MTNL connection and in roaming he/she is charged 40np for in/c SMS. different clever loose. yet for sending you're able to upload u . s . code +ninety one until now the cellular quantity and upload +ninety one for Reliance & Tata indicom LL.

It is free for the person who sends it....But It cost's for the person who recieve's...

not if you're sending it...but whoever receives it may have to pay for it (unless their plan includes text msgs)
