Because our government schools are so useless that people don't actually learn anything. I recall having to take a single semester on American Government in High School. That says it right there. You have to have 3-4 years of literature classes, but only half a year of government.

Obviously you are taking about Clinton's IMPEACHMENT. The Congress voted to IMPEACH but the senate lacked to testicular fortitude to do the same.
