of course, buyers pay first. Then you get an email from paypal confirming a fund transfer from buyer to seller.
dont ship anything to buyer unless you get paid first.
as soon as buyer pays through paypal that money will be deposited to your bank account 100%. nothing is declined. thats the rule. paypal won't let you pay for something if you don't have funds, that's why they require a checking account and a back up account such as a credit card in case there are no funds to withdraw from bank account. hope that helps.

You can hold shipping until PayPal shows the transfer is complete to your account.

Yes it will and dont make a mistake with it or you will not get your money back. My sister made a mistake and hit a wrong button and she had to send her husband down to the bank to put money in their checking account cause she accidently hit checking instead of savings. And now she is having more problems cause the guy she bought the stuff from is not sending it and keeping her money. So be carefull. My sister is now seeking retribution through the state attny's office .

yes, PayPal checks the card, and gets an authorization, and THEN processes the order. Once you get your confirmation, you can ship your goods.

Good luck!
