Brush your teeth with this thing called a toothbrush with this stuff called toothpaste (You wet the brush under your faucet and open the cap on the toothpaste, squeeze it out onto the toothbrush, and BRUSH)as soon as you wake up. And during to middle of the day like after lunch and then at night before you go to bed.

blend baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, slightly water, and scrub your the teeth for about 3 minutes. Do it no better than two times a week. it works super and eliminates any stains.

the best way i ever use, mix honey and salt in to the lemon juice by mass, 16 salt, 2honey and 1 salt.
it will wash out the stain marks even, and will make your teeth white, the best way is to use with brush and floss too.

mis baking soda with water into a paste-like consistancy, then brush your teeth with it. only do it once a month though...it can be pretty hard on the enamel.

lt is risky to experiment using home-made products. Better consult a dentist...expensive, yes...but its all worth it...especially when you smile at yourself in the mirror.
