Yeah i think its impossible for u at this point, i think that your husband might be a big problem but the biggest problem in inside of yourself, im sure it doesnt just stop at your husband, i say get a grip of yourself, take some time to appreciate yourself, u are a special person and u are good for something, some people hate because they hate themselves sometimes, or they think that by hating other people they can get above everybody and then they feel a little better. My advice of course is to pray to God or take a break, if youve already tried that, make some BIG changes in your life ASAP before u end up being stuck like this for the rest of your life! Whatever u do know this, nobody is the greatest, people are stupid, nobody is consistent, i doesnt matter what people think, and what goes around ALWAYS comes around.

Marriage is all about give and take. Are you angry at him for leaving the toilet seat up? In which case - forget it!! Or are you angry at him for something serious - like having an affair... There's a big difference.... Men do things that annoy you - thats life! What's he done that makes you hurt so much? Infidelity, lying, money or nothing other than being himself? If its just being himself then you may just have to live with it - he's your husband.. You must have loved him to marry him... Has he changed, or did you think you could change him when married? Infidelity is another matter!!! You may not ever get over the hurt with that one.
Best of luck.. Marriage must be worth working at....

You cannot simply cope with the emotional response of anger – only the very rarest of humans can. You must find the source of the anger in your reality and then disarm it. The source is always a lie. The lie will be 1) One that someone told you. 2) One that you told someone. 3) One that you told yourself. 4) A combination of the previous three.
Example: A man and his wife agree to have a child after lengthy discussions. The wife didn't want to have children because she was afraid to be alone raising a child, but the husband, who very much wanted a child, double-dog swears he would NEVER leave her. Six months after the child is born he starts to beat her. Six months after that he becomes wholly promiscuous with multiple women, to the point where his own family suffers from the loss of money spent on his dating. Six months later he leaves her and she is angry.
Do you think that the woman in this scenario is angry because she is without this loser? No, she is angry because he lied to her. Once she discovers and accepts the lie, her anger will start to diminish rapidly and she'll get on with her life.

In order for you to not hate, your going to have to learn to LOVE YOURSELF first!!
Hurt is deeper than bone deep. It's hard to over come it. IF your hubby is still causeing hurt, get out before you have NO self esteem left. You need self esteem to be a healthy person. IF your self esteem is distroyed, it's not only you that will know it, others can see it and pick up on it, and it's not good for men to see this, cause you'll just be stuck in the same trap with the next guy!
Good luck, LOVE yourself FIRST!!

You can't be forgiving. You have to forgive and move on. Satan wants nothing more that to see the families of this world at each others throats. Practice makes perfect. Every time thoes thoughts enter your mind rebuke them in the name of Jesus. Eventually the voices of thoes spirits that whisper poision into your ear will fade. Prayer is your strongest weapon is such cases of attack. God loves you and wants to see your marriage succeed. Read the Bible. It has some great things to say about marriage.

"We hate what we fear and so where hate is; fear is lurking. Thus we hate what threatens our person, our liberty, our privacy, our income, popularity, vanity and our dreams and plans for ourselves. If we can isolate this element in what we hate we may learn to cease from hating." – Cyril Connolly
Your animosity will attract unhappiness in your life. Think about your life right now and put your attention to your values and self-worth.
Loathing causes emotional and mental suffering. But once you forgive, you are letting go of all the pains attached to the emotion. You are no longer chained to the past. You are now free to start anew.

Oh babycakes, forgive him. He didn't mean to cause you pain. He just wanted to sample the forbidden fruit. He didn't mean any hurt to you. Just love him and give him the attention he needs.
