yes, i get 8 or more glasses a day. I started about 6 months ago and feel much better

Water is the best thing you can do for your self well being, but keep in mind that your body can only absorb about 5 ounces a hour. so drinking lots more than that per hour will just make you go to the bathroom more often. Also check your pee, if it is clear then you are hydrated, if it is dark then drink more water!

No, I don't drink enough water. But my mopther said that too much water isn't good for anybody.

i drink too much water. thats all i drink i have a cup thats 1 liter and i drink about 10 to 20 of them a day. but like i said all i drink is water and stuff.
yes i do u need water its just a part of life and water is good for u. there is not much actuly in water unless theres something wrong and u need to boil it

Yes and yes. I've drank water on a daily since i was 16. It's my soda. I'm so use to it i have to drink skim milk and sweets are too sweet. I lost a lot of weight from drinkin so much water. That was a good thing.

just to clear this up...
about fifteen years ago, physicians advised to drink about 3 to 4 litres of water per day... thats around three quarts...
today they have reduced it to like 2 litres... half a gallon.
thats for normal amounts of sweating of course.
in hot regions you will have to adjust for that.
generally drinking lots of water is healthy, but as with everything, you can actually get too much of it... the term is water poisoning, believe it or not. it doesnt pop your vessels though, but it makes your cells swell with water to an amount where normal osmosis doesnt work anymore, making your complete metabolism stall.
the amount of water needed to produce this effect is high though, there is no way to imbibe that much casusally, about 10 litres per day, two and a half gallon

I drink water when I can pull myself away from my coffee long enough. I DO usually feel more refreshed after having a few large glasses of water. I just don't drink enough of it because of my dang coffee addiction! :oP

I try but its hard.. You are suppose to drink a water a day for your hair, skin, organs and so on but my stomach isn't a gallon size.
Your stomach is the size of your fist.
even if you drink all day long..I slush around like a waterloged fish.
I do my best and yes..ITS FANTATIC FOR YOU!
EVERYONE SHOULD DRINK WATER
