Dr. Bailey, hands down is my first choice...second is George, I absolutely love the story line of him and his new girlfriend. I was getting a bit worried in the first two shows that they were going to make 'The Nazi' a softer character. Her edge is what she does best.

I like Izzy because she was Isobel on Roswell, my fave show!!
I'm having trouble liking this show because it seems to simply be about being a slut. Everyone is just sleeping around. It's not cool. So maybe I like the Nazi then. The Dr that is in charge of all these crazy interns. She's really great!

oh how to choose...everyone has such great personalities, but I can tell you who I could do without. Fin and Addison. Alex always has surprising moments, George is so damn cute, Izzy is playing her current drama so well, Burke is HOT HOT HOT and Christine and Meredith have great chemistry. Miranda seems to get ignored alot but i feel she holds it all together, she is a binding character. And Callie (?) I hope they keep her around she balances out all those finicky catty girls!
