Have you ever seen a white head appear on this (?Pimple?)? If so, then have you ever tried popping it to get rid of the head? Some times the only way you can get rid of a pimple is to pop the head out then clean the area with soap and water. After you have cleaned it with that then rub a little alcohol on it. If there has never been a white head then this may not be a pimple this could be a wart that you keep picking at/ messing with. If it is a wart then get some wart remover and see if this will help get rid of it. You don't want to pick/mess with it whether it is a wart or pimple.

It is probably a blocked skin pore and it may well be associated with hair growth. The best thing is to dowse it in TCP or another antiseptic every night, this will dry it up or cause it to come to a head. If a white head is produced squeeze it out and then clean the area with TCP again. Make sure you keep your hands clean and if you shave change or clean your shaving blade regularly.

It sounds as though the infection under your skin isn't clearing, only the pimple showing on outside is breaking. Depending on the sensitivity of your skin you can try a light abrasive scrub on the spot, or sometimes if there's one that won't "heal" i will use alcohol on a cotton swab and wipe ONLY that area. It'll help cleanse and dry it up quick.

Sounds like there's something in there causing infection, like a sliver or something. You should see a doctor before it gets really serious & scars you.
