well i guess i would give black eyeliner too make you look scary and put maybe some black sparkly dark eyeshadow you can get that from party city and were your hair kinda like loose and put a little bit of gel in it

Get a picture of the Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz and blow it up! The local party warehouse will have the proper makeup...white, green, black, yellow and some fake warts and nose....just apply as per directions, but make sure you have cold cream to remove it later and a "powder" to put on after the makeup is applied so it doesn't melt and streak!

Do not give attention to the hat, but to the horrid, yellowy and red sockets. Show them up to the thighs. Also get a stick and put some glimmer to them, that is magical. If you whistle that finishes the whole effect. Only need now to scream out loud saying "it is all hall of eve in", meaning you became a witch at least in your heart, which is important and nice to see in your neighbourhood.

If you want to look really ugly, you can buy a scar kit at most halloween shops, or just make oatmeal and put in a little green food coloring...then smear thinly on your face and let dry.

ok. Witches are gruesome, they are not meant to look that fairly. So use lipliner or eyeliner to make a unibrow and an gruesome elegance mark. to operate some fairly, use red eye shadow and a number of different mascara.
