Based on the answers at two pill identification sites, if the pill is white and oval shaped, it is an Excedrin Migraine pill. Contents of the pill are acetaminophen 250 mg, aspirin 250 mg and caffeine 65 mg.

I say, call a pharmacy. Ask a pharmacist, or show them the pill if they can't identify it over the phone.
I used to work for an insurance benefits hotline, and when people would call about medicine ID, we would send them to the pharmacy hotline.

it's a combination of acetamenaphen (tylenol), asprin and caffine. more commonly excedrin migraine.
