hey does anyone have any other ideas which i could use instead of long johns or long underwear as i dont have any please

If you're looking for something to keep you warm at night, I acutally wear footed pajamas. Yes, like the kind that kids used to wear. I have a pair from Snug as a Bug, but there are probably a dozen different companies. Just look for them on the internet. Good luck.

Panty hose are great to keep in body heat in the winter. My husband's job had him riding horseback in 30 degree weather, so he wore hose under his uniform. And no, he wasn't the only guy doing this, either. :-)

if you dont have any long johns, i doubt you will have anything to substitute for it, buddy.
you might try general hardiness. it keeps me warm just fine ;)

Sweat Pants and shirts, you have to use baggy pants but they are excellent.

you can wear tights!!! they keep you warm!!!!
