i mean what is the way that you do chicken noodle soup

My husband makes heavenly chicken soup! He always makes it the day after we have a roast chicken dinner. He boils all the chicken skeleton and shredded leftover meat and adds a bit of chicken boullion. When he has a nice broth, he removes the bones and any skin. Then he puts in medium egg noodles, and finely chopped celery and carrots. when the noodles and veggies are tender the soup is done! Salt if you want.
LOL I'm so out of touch! AAARGH I'm old!
