goto

ftp is for internet file transfers, http is where you would find a website and mailto is what you use when you're writing HTML to state the link where an email should go to.

goto is merely a programming subroutine command and has nothing to do with urls as such.

goto is out because it's a reserved word used for many programming languages

ftp:// = file transfer protocol
