I need to know how to KNIT on your stitches! Not CAST on. Pictures will be very helpful! Thanx!

Try the tutorial on the Learn to Knit website, it's got instructions for casting on, knitting, and binding off. Everything you need to know for garter stitch, basically! Good luck!
