Monetarily!? You can't. There are some people who live beyond there monetarily living means. They look rich and living the high life, where as their bank account is bankrupt and deficient as their ability to hold on to their senses or their money, if they ever get hold on them. Yet there are those people with blotted bank account, yet they hold on to their money for dear life, and refuse to let go of it. My Grand parents have lots and lots of money, but if you look at them, they look like they need a hand out. You will feel like you need to take them out for a bite. My brother is not rich per say, but you can see the real Rolex watch, and the faux Rolex, Cartier, among other watches that makes him look like the millionaire next door, with his the always luxury new car in the garage!

For sure, you can't tell, it depends on the person and how they like to appear to others. The well to do next door neighbor maybe the millionaire next door and you will never know it, and vice verse. Look at Bill Gates, does he look any different than anyone else. No. He drives his truck to work, were as at home he has many nice expensive luxury cars.

Moral, or Ethical man!?! that is even much harder. You wouldn't know them untill they show their true colors.

This question invites close examination... A poor man may be rich in qualities, lacking in a rich man. Depends on individual interpretation of what rich and poor is.

its easy to fall into stereotypes here. Ive seen poor men who take better care of themselves than rich men.
they simply have different values. a poor man knows the value of a dollar and a rich man knows all the money in the world won't make him any happier.

A rich man has class, dignity, self-respect, honesty, decency, maturity and wisdom.

A poor man thinks too much of himself and behaves like a jerk no matter how much money he may have in the bank.

Fingers & toes.

Clean fingers (& manicure) indicate weath. Dirty fingars & the appearance of fingar nails being bitten on indicate blue collar work & nervousness.

If you can get close to a man's feet, well the rich man will have pedicures and his feet will be flawless. A poor man's foot will have overgrown toe nails, fur on the toes, and calousious.

A rich man has something to live for. A poor man should never breed and add to the problem that he was handed... Stop poverty now, stop breeding.
