You can download some videos from youtube.com and other websites. And yes you can delete music or a video in it. I have a nano and a video one so i would stick to video for you because you sound like you are planning to download a lot of music or videos in your ipod then get the video ipod.

Which is better:
I have both a 60GB video iPod and 1GB Nano.
Each is great for what they have to offer.
But since I don't watch that much video on the big one, I love the small Nano for short trips.

i do not think so. yes you can Deleat music/videos from most downloading sites. the reg is so much better the nanos break so easy

You have to import music on to itunes same with videos. Both are good it just depends on how much gigs you want or need.

there are certain ways of saving youtube flv files to avi, but you'd then have to convert the avi to mp4.
get the 60gb iPod if you must, but i'd seriously look at some iRiver products first
