All you need are a pair of acid wash jeans, preferrably tapered leg, to make it easier to tight roll them. Get an oversized t shirt & tie it off to one side
Or get a miniskirt in a bright neon color & wear black leggings under it with flats
MAke sure you use lots of hairspray when crimpng your hair & giving yourself big bangs.

go to google, images and type in 80's clothes it will give you plenty of ideas
