put some lotion on it. but not the fragrance kind, use like Aveeno, thats fragrance-free. lotion with fragrances will just irritate it more. i highly doubt its an infection or anything like that. wash it a lot then after you get out of the shower put lotion on it. and drink at least 64 ounces of water a day (thats 8 cups of water). it will help hydrate the skin. hope this helps :D
