No. We each have a reason for being here. Take a good look at your famiy. How would they have fared without you? Remember the good times! You need to know that your family will be the most hurt if you go, but also your friends. You will hurt them physically, emotionally, and financially if you commit suicide. What's worse is one or more of your siblings or even a parent might be so devastated that THEY will commit suicide over the guilt.

You hold their happiness in your hands. What are you going to do with it?

As long as you are alive, you are avoiding death, so yes. I am avoiding death right now which is what we all do, we are triying all to stay alive while we can.
If you are alive, there is nothing that should indicate us that we "should" be alive, or in other words: The amazing fact is not how we came to be alive but that we are rather than not. One way or the other you are here and that's it. Your own conception was not your direct responibilit for sure, but as long as you keep breathing you are respsonible for your own life, since you could just as easy end it by your own hand. So....if you are alive, it is a neccesary condition that since you have the freedom and capacity to end your own life, then it has a prescriptive dimension i.e. "I shall keep my life".

But if you say 'supposed" as in fate, then there is nothing really to say because "fate" is the easy way out to explain all away on that over which we can't or don't want to take responsibility. There is no fate.
The moment death comes, that moment you are not. And if there is something after life, then there is nothing to fear either way. death must not concern us. Whenever I am death is not.

everyday of my life since august 10, 1985. Course that could just be survivors guilt. But yeah. I mean, technically there is no reasonable explainatin as to HOW I lived through that accident without a scratch, but I did. And ever since then I have felt like it's just a matter of time until death catches up with me...

Everyone (excluding people currently commiting suicide) is avoiding death one way or another. Allthough the feeling of being here or not is tottally up to each individual. Research some definitions of reality on wikipedia. You may discover the awesome potential of the human mind.
