My latest test show LDL of 130 and HDL of 45 and fat (?) of 56. Can you tell how to calcualte my total cholestrol and how is my result

it all depends on weight and height. some people who are 45 are heavy, average or thin. and some people at age 45 are tall, average, or short. i need to know that for your calculation.

add hdl and ldl to get approximate, don't add in the triglycerides (fat). Anything below 200 is good. height and weight have nothing to do with it.
