I don't know, but it may take a long time. You should ask your doctor and be sure to follow their advice. These kind of injuries can be significant- best not taking any chances.

muscles take longer to heal than bones do. for example, my brother broke his arm and it took 8 weeks to heal completely. my dad tore a muscle in his shoulders about 5 years ago and it still hurts when he moves it the wrong way. muscles are made up of blood and tendons, and are more complex than bones. your injury may not heal all the way, but if it does, it will be over a year before it feels normal again. but you'll be in pain for awhile. physical therapy at least twice or more a week helps alot with the healing time also. :D

Have you had an extremely-sound performed, or another form of test? Sounds love it isn't remedy correct. I had a equivalent situation, and it wasn't till I had the test, that we discovered that the tear hadn't healed in any respect and a tremendous hematoma had shaped. I needed to have the entire "lifeless" blood sucked out earlier than the remedy method would retain. It was once approximately eight-nine weeks earlier than strolling was once secure, and approximately 6 months earlier than I would run on it once more.
