If you are not breastfeeding, as I was aged 42, go to the doctor for a course of anti-biotics.
A hot towel on the breast with massage afterwards.
A large cabbage leaf in the bra and change it when it heats up.

you need an antibiotic if it is mastitis. If it becomes an abscess then you may need an I & D (incision and debridement). Go see your doctor.

bathe with as hot a water as you can bear without burning yourself ,also cabbage leaves .best wishes

go see your GP they can give you some antibiotics to clear it up
