I know you all will say call your doctor on this one but I am at work at the moment at thought this may be a faster way to get an answer.

I am 36 wks pregnant and my allergies are killing me! My head feels so stuffed up! I've had a headache for a week! What over-the-counter allergy meds are ok for me to take?

These people are crazy! Pseudophedrine is being taken off the shelves, I wouldn't take Benedryl in my 8th month. You need to go to a health food store and talk to someone there. I know you are miserable, but it's better to be safe than sorry. You have almost a full term baby in your womb that will be soaking up these meds as well. I wish you luck on this, but stay away from the Allergy section in your pharmacy and try to go it a natural way instead.

You can take pseudophedrine (you have to ask the pharmacist for it) to relieve the stuffiness and tylenol for the pain. I am not sure if benadryl is okay, only your doctor can tell you for sure.

Ask your doctor first, but I'm pretty sure sudafed and tylonol are ok to take.
